Diet advice – Vitamin D rich Foods

  • Sesame Seeds (నువ్వు గింజలు)
  • Nutmeg (జాజికాయ)
  • Maize (మొక్కజొన్న)
  • Exposure to sunlight preferably 8-8.30 am for 20-30 minutes every day with maximum exposure of skin
  • If given, Take your Vitamin D tablets after drinking milk. Consult your physician if any problems.
