The following food is good if you have Gout
- Orange juice,
- Lemon juice,
- lots of water,
- Brown rice,
- Bananas,
- pineapple,
- ginger,
- sweet potato,
- berries,
- low fat milk,
- oats,
- whole grains,
- vitamin C and soy
Please avoid the following – they are not good if you have gout
- Alcohol
- red meat
- fish and yeast
