Diet advice for GOUT

The following food is good if you have Gout

  • Orange juice,
  • Lemon juice,
  • lots of water,
  • Brown rice,
  • Bananas,
  • pineapple,
  • ginger,
  • sweet potato,
  • berries,
  • low  fat milk,
  • oats,
  • whole grains,
  • vitamin C and soy

Please avoid the following – they are not good if you have gout

  • Alcohol
  • red meat
  • fish and yeast
